1. About Manisutra

Manisutra is an online storefront for premium Indian ethnic wear, including sarees, lehengas, kurtas, and suits. These Terms govern your use of manisutra.com (or our local storefront) and any purchases made through it.

3. Products & Pricing

• Product images are for representation; colours may vary slightly due to lighting and screen settings.
• Prices are in Indian Rupees (INR) and inclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.
• We may correct pricing or listing errors and cancel orders affected by such errors.
• Offers, coupons, and discounts are subject to stated conditions and may be withdrawn without notice.

4. Orders & Payment

An order is confirmed only after successful payment (or COD acceptance) and our order confirmation email/SMS. We accept online payments via Razorpay (UPI, cards, net banking, wallets) and Cash on Delivery where available. COD may be restricted for certain pin codes, high-value orders, or fraud-prevention reasons.

5. Shipping & Delivery

Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary by location, courier capacity, and festivals. Risk of loss transfers to you upon delivery to the address provided. Please ensure someone is available to receive the package.

6. Returns & Exchanges

Returns and exchanges are governed by our Return Policy. Customised, intimate, or final-sale items may not be eligible for return.

7. Intellectual Property

All content on this site — including logos, product photography, copy, and design — is owned by Manisutra or its licensors. You may not copy, scrape, or commercially reuse our content without written permission.

8. Account Security

You are responsible for safeguarding your login credentials and for activity under your account. Notify us promptly of any unauthorised use.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Manisutra is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the site or products. Our total liability for any claim related to an order is limited to the amount you paid for that order.
